Stand InStand In helps designers create interactive prototypes that feel native, straight from Photoshop.

The Challenge

Stand In has a 14-day free trial period and 2-level pricing structure. As a new start up, they only had a couple automated emails set up. We wanted to focus on trial-to-paid user conversion optimization through drip email marketing campaigns.

The Plan

Stand In needed assistance in developing a strategy and process around marketing with drip campaigns to convert trials to paid customers – with a mix of strategy, writing help or examples, and some measurement recommendations.

After an audit of the current structure, I created a strategy and recommend improvements to their current process and campaigns. This included a 5-7 series drip campaign and internal onboarding flowchart. The audit and strategy was followed with an action plan to serve as a road map.

  • The output was so focused on our business nuances and had thoughtful recommendations. We’re now equipped with the knowledge (and confidence) to make big changes in order to see meaningful results.
